Heather Morse, ARNP, Earns National Patient Satisfaction, Quality of Care Award

June 6, 2018

Heather Morse, ARNP – a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Prosser Memorial Health – has been awarded the Five-Star Excellence Award from the national patient satisfaction survey group, Professional Research Consultants (PRC).

This recognition is awarded annually to healthcare providers, facilities and service lines that score in the top ten percent of PRC’s national client database, which includes hundreds of facilities and providers, for the prior year. The designation is based on patient ratings of the respective provider and care setting as excellent for overall quality of care.

“I joined PMH because of my commitment to patient care, and this recognition reflects the great work of our entire team,” Morse said. “I love being a part of this organization and having the opportunity to care for our patients.”

Morse provides behavioral health and psychiatric care to both adult and pediatric patients at the Benton City Clinic – Prosser Memorial Health and Prosser Clinic – Prosser Memorial Health locations. Certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, her services include assessment and treatment of mental health issues and medication management.

Morse is also a 1992 Prosser High School graduate and is actively involved with the local community.

In addition to Morse’s recognition, Prosser Memorial also received PRC Five-Star Excellence Awards for both OB/GYN Services and Overall Hospital Inpatient Services.
