Do I need to see a doctor if I’m not sick?

Preventative care is a great way to stay on top of your health. Regular doctor visits (usually recommended annually) help identify health concerns before they become real problems. Preventative care visits generally involve lab tests and a general discussion about your health and lifestyle with your doctor. Another benefit to preventative care is that it often saves patients money on long-term healthcare costs.

Are walk-in appointments available?

New patients are always accepted, and walk-in appointments are often available. However, we recommend that routine physicals and wellness appointments be scheduled in advance and early in the morning to accommodate ease of lab testing.

Immunizations, allergy injections and therapeutic injections are available by appointment and our staff will do their best to accommodate you in a timely manner.

What if I have a health problem after hours?

The Benton City Clinic is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you need assistance outside of these hours, please contact Prosser Memorial Hospital at 509.786.2222. For emergencies, please dial 911.

This is how we care.

Around here, caring means more than exceptional medical care at world-class facilities. Care goes beyond the doctor’s office, the hospital, or the HIPAA agreement. To us, care is personal—from the gut, and from the heart. It’s about coming together to mend spirits with personal connections every day.
